This commitment extends to promoting strict compliance on an on-going basis with terms and conditions.
It is Industrio’s policy that all employees must comply with the European, U.S. and respective national export control laws and regulations. Under no circumstances will exports be made contrary to those export regulations by any individual operating on behalf of Industrio. In particular,
Industrio employees with export related job responsibilities must apply due diligence to ensure they abide by all applicable export control laws and regulations and comply with Industrio’s export control guidelines, policies and procedures as outlined in the company’s Quality Management Manual and related process instructions.
Employees may not re-export any commodity, technology, or software unless appropriate authorization has been obtained, and this includes all items that are the direct product of U.S. technology and software and are subject to national security controls under the U.S. Export Administration Act.
No activities will be undertaken that are in violation of the national, European or United States policies which seek to control nuclear proliferation, missile technology, and chemical and biological weapons.
Export Compliance Certification
Industrio Business Partners are required to fully comply with all European, U.S. or respective national export laws and regulations, where applicable.
All parts and/or technology purchased from Industrio must not be:
- exported, re-exported, released or disclosed to any foreign person without fully meeting the requirements set forth by the European export regulations, the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or respective national export regulations;
- shipped or transshipped to any country under an embargo by the EU or the U.S.;
- used in the design, development, production, stockpiling, or use of nuclear devices, missiles, or nuclear, chemical or biological weapons; or
- transferred or disclosed to any individual or entity identified on an EU or U.S. restricted party list.
